Since the township of Rawdon was created, many sports have been practised in Rawdon. This section will document these summer and winter sports. A first article will look at golf, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the opening of the Rawdon Golf Resort. Among summer sports, articles are planned to cover the following:
- Tennis
- Baseball and softball
- Golf
- Swimming
- Cycking (mountain biking)
- Soccer
Winter sports will not be forgotten and may include these:
- Hockey
- Skating
- Skiing (downhill and cross-country)
- Fat biking
- Snowshoeing
- Broomball
- Hiking
Several aspects may be addressed, including the history of facilities and organizations such as the following:
- The Tournée des cantons
- The Loisirs de Rawdon
- Nichol Park
- Rawdon’s municipal sports facilities
- Ski centres
